From the looks of it the 2T2M has been neglected. Want to get it up and running again with the coming months?

    Let's hear some ideas :)

How about what I'm gonna call disc-o? - Stockton vs roll cake or Escudo, or DNR, or Cocktail Hour, Dark Twist......if it rolls it flies, as it were.

    Good idea Morse!

Sounds like fun. I've been wanting to try Cocktail Hour, and it's been a long time since I had Davidoff Flake Medallions on hand...

Hey guys, being new to this forum, I'm unfamiliar with how Baccy of the Month works. What's entailed?

Whatever the procedure, I second the disc-o party.

UberHuberMan: we knock out two tobaccos and two months at a time and just enjoy it...it gives people more time to get the tobaccos if money is tight when the tobacco is announced, and for obvious reasons we generally try to restrict it primarily to tobaccos which are relatively easy to obtain and within a reasonable price range. So out of production blends or something which is often difficult to find (Penzance, Samuel Gawith, Kingfisher, blends limited to distribution outside of the United States such as St. Bruno, discontinued blends such as Dunhill's Elizabethan Mixture, etc.) don't get chosen. Usually there is a definite tobacco determined, occasionally its something more vague such as the "disc-o" idea.

I like the disc idea, it's kinda cool! I was also thinking that February being all Valentine-y and such, it might do to select a Virginia blend for the heck of it. I mean, you know what they say....Virginia is for lovers

Cheesy I know! I was thinking since it will still be chilly, perhaps a fuller bodied VA rather than an especially sweet VA like McClelland makes. But I like the disc-o idea....and hey, I have some Luxury Bullseye Flake on hand already, and that's a VA/per disc with a nice backbone to it....

Ah hah! Sounds like fun to me. Fortunately, I've got a bunch of LBF and Macbaren Roll Cake, so I'm set and ready for this one. :thu2:

I've got a little LBF and a good bit of MacB Club Blend....sounds like a good time to me! As long as I don't have to listen to disco music while I smoke

I'd guess "rope" would qualify if ya cut it into discs (knife, razor, or seegar kutter) ;)

So brown bogie counts if I cut it into discs?

Well, there's a big bowled Bjarne bursting with 'Baren Club Blend, beckoning for a BIC....but it'll be tomorrow before it's ready...beautiful way to break my fast!

Just celebrated the start of February with a nice hour+ smoke of Club Blend! In sandals, no jacket.... :msty:

Despite the low nicotine content, this provided a satisfying smoke. I think I'll lay off the strong stuff for a week or so and cut back my nicotine intake and see if the stronger blends will regain their "oomph!" for me :D

Today I opended a tin of Escudo that I have had for almost two years. I have to many untied blends that get of looked because I want something I've already tried.

I am glad i opened this tin! Nice and smooth, fig notes from the tin. Just a great smoke.

This Tinksy is going to get a few more bowls to learn the blend.
