First rustication attempt

    I had this old unmarked Grabow that came with a pipe rack I got from ebay. Its a good smoker but I've been using it as my experimental pipe, trying out stains, different cleaning methods etc. Heres my latest experiment with rustication. Let me know what you guys think!

    I had a few bits for my dremel that I never found any use for before. I used the wheel looking one to do some criss-crossing lines over the whole pipe, then used the little ball one to round it all off, then finished it off with Fiebings cordovan dye:

    Before I get into anything else I've got to stain and finish my first kit pipe (pics in the topic "First time finishing a brair"). I just need to get a drill or buffer now and I'll be set to finish that one up. :th1:
