Ok I registered a couple months back and have been looking, reading alot, I guess it's time to ante up. Yes, I've been called Beef for 17 years now and some people I work with still say "Matt Who? .. oh Beefy!" Yes I'm as handsome as...... hey stop laughin' Yes I live on an old farm. Nope not in a trailer. Yes I drive a truck. Nope I won't help you move. Yes I drink moonshine on a regular basis. Nope you can't see the still. Yes I wear overalls and have a beard, currently neat shaven to be easy on the eyes to colleges looking into enrolling my 3.9 gpa field hockey daughter. "where she got dem brains...lord thank you !" Married for longer than I can remember not being married. She was a hot young Jewish girl and I was long haired & crazy , we took to each other, thats that. Still love her like the first day. 3 kids 22,16,14. I work for the current #1 liquor sales company in Maryland. (no free samples, sorry) I hunt, fish, hike, shoot, anything to be outdoors and keep my son occupied. I'm a "Girls Field Hockey" dad. I was a bouncer for 12 years in and around Baltimore city and Carroll County redneck dives. (too many stories) Well brings me to pipe smokin'. My Grandad "Uncle Harvey" smoked pipes, my dad did off and on over the years. Smoked cigars for 12 years and just couldn't go along with the year by year prices. My first sampler for the pipe cost 16$ and lasted 1 to 2 bowls a day for 2 months ! ! My son and I like to mess around outdoors and I make walking sticks and canes from just plain "cut & sand" to some nice "Irish Blackthorn" imitation sticks. We just make a few now and then for friends, family and give them away. A cigar sat down while my hands were busy didn't take to relights well ....pipes did !!! I'm a Golden God... ok ok...... I Love My Cobs ! nuff said Beef

Well way back in the performance enhancing days I had a friend working at GNC. Then I was working concrete and got laid off during a few weeks every winter.... Weights and androstene. I got a new job in warehouseing and the first lunch break some idiot yelled .. "Lookout Beefy looks hungry" Once a name hits you some people don't let off. Been my best friend for 17 years , now I'm just fat and old.
